Terms & Conditions:
FullStop Entertainment LLP aims to deal with its clients in a professional, efficient and a satisfactory manner.
By hiring FullStop Entertainment LLP for your business, you will be accepting the following Terms and Conditions :
1. An independent contractor relationship will be developed between the clients and FullStop Entertainment LLP, and that no partnership or joint venture must be implied by either party.
2. A date of initiation of the services will be agreed upon by both parties and charges will be applicable according to that date.
3. A monthly report of performance services will be provided to the clients if and only of it was mentioned in the contract or the proposal of the service.
4. Either party may not cancel or fully transfer the service responsibilities to another service trader before a prior notice of at least 30 business days.
5. FullStop Entertainment LLP reserves all the rights to outsource a third-party service provider for some of the service tasks.
6. A person who is not a party to the contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with the contract.
Payment
1. If clients subscribe to any monthly service package of FullStop Entertainment LLP then they are obliged to pay a full chargeable amount prior to the start of the work.
2. If FullStop Entertainment LLP and the client agree on a fixed quote regarding any services then they are liable to pay at least half of the billable amount in advance, prior to the commencement of the work. The remaining amount of the payment will have to be made within the 7 days of the commencement date of the services.
3. FullStop Entertainment LLP shall provide the detailed bill to the clients monthly, in advance. Also, if a client, in any case cannot pay a monthly invoice when it is due, FullStop Entertainment LLP shall terminate the services immediately. We will not be liable to issue a 7-day prior notice in this case.
Liability
1. FullStop Entertainment LLP will not be liable for any indirect or resultant losses due to delay in obligated services or product, where the delay is caused by natural or ungovernable causes.
2. The clients will defend, cover, and hold FullStop Entertainment LLP safe from and against any and all claims, losses,
liabilities and expenses related to the services provided by FullStop Entertainment LLP to the clients under this
agreement, including without any limitation, claims made by third parties related to any false advertising claims,
liability claims for products or services traded by the client, claims for patent, copyright, or trademark violation,
claims due to obstruction or defect of services provided, or for any content offered by you for publication by
FullStop Entertainment LLP
3. Due to the nature of digital media, any content/information provided by the clients to FullStop Entertainment LLP for publication will be accessible by the public as soon as it is published. FullStop Entertainment LLP will not be responsible for concealing the material and any damages or losses of profit, goodwill, or any business asset due to the nature of content being transmitted.
Waiver
1. If at any time during the term of a service contract, we fail to deliver the performance of any of your obligations
under this contract or any of these terms and conditions, then this will not free you from any of the obligations
mentioned in the terms and conditions and will not constitute a waiver until unless if it does not come in the
compliance with the refund policies.
2. Any waiver will be valid officially if it is communicated to you in writing and falls under our refund policies.
Cancellation
We believe in developing a long-term relationship with our clients and that is why we provide cancellation and refund policies to our clients. In case you wish to cancel a service, just drop your query at info@fullstopent.in.
Refund Policy
We give our best to ensure complete satisfaction to our clients but in case, any client is not entirely satisfied with our
services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take approximately 14 working days to process, and it will be
refunded in same account provided at the time of purchase and in the case of Payment Gateway, payments refund
will be made to the same Bank account.
Terms And Conditions
1. Full refund can only be made when the request has been made in the first 2 days from the date of order, and if
and only if the project has not been started by the programmer, designer, content writer or any other staff
member.
2.We provide no refunds on domain registrations, SMTP Server, Dedicated Hosting, Bulk SMS service, Bulk Email
service, Website Designing, SSL Certificates and SEO Services.
3.Domain Name Registration, Domain Transfer or any other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you
purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner, and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain
expires.
4. FullStop Entertainment LLP reserves the right to revise its refund policies at any time without any notice.
There are no refunds on the money spent for your marketing campaign such as PPC, Google AdWords, Social
Media Campaign.
5. No refund is applicable in case of your website has been completed and uploaded on the server. However, you
can apply for a partial refund before the completion of the project.
